DISTANT REIKI
How distant Reiki works
Reiki can be offered at a distance just as it is in person. Whether you're across the city or across the world, a live video session creates the same conditions for your nervous system to settle into genuine rest. You receive the same quality of attention and attunement—just from your own space. You simply show up on a video call, find a comfortable place to rest, and remain fully clothed. The work unfolds with the same responsiveness and care, reaching you from wherever you are.
What to expect:
We begin with an unrushed conversation over video to understand what you're seeking and where you're at. Once settled, you can turn off your camera and rest in your own comfortable space—your bed, sofa, or quiet corner—while I offer the session remotely. There's nothing to do but rest and be receptive. Your system guides the pace.
This might be for you if :
You need genuine rest but prefer not to travel; you're in a location where in-person Reiki isn't available; you want to receive care from the comfort and safety of your own home; your schedule or mobility makes attending in person difficult; you're drawn to Reiki's restful quality but value the accessibility of working remotely.
Choose the length that works for you:
30 minutes: €35
A focused session for when time is limited. Still offers genuine settling and restorative presence.
60 minutes: €60
The full session. Space for your nervous system to settle more deeply, with time to unfold at a natural pace.
Both sessions are delivered over live video call from your own home. You receive support in the space where you feel most at ease.
FAQs
-
You remain fully clothed, resting comfortably on the treatment table. I use a series of light, stationary hand placements, either resting gently on the body or held just above it, following a traditional Reiki sequence. There's no massage or manipulation involved—your role is simply to relax and be receptive.
-
Not at all. Many people come to Reiki simply curious, without holding any particular belief, and still find the experience restful and grounding. All that's needed is a willingness to lie still and receive the session—the rest can unfold in whatever way it does for you.
-
Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed and at ease. Some notice a sense of lightness or clarity by the end of a session. In the days after, some report more restful sleep or a quieter sense of perspective, as their system continues to settle in its own time. Everyone's experience is different—what matters is that your body gets the rest it needs.
-
Reiki isn't a cure or a substitute for professional medical or mental healthcare, but many people find its restful quality genuinely soothing during difficult periods. The deep relaxation it invites can offer a sense of ease alongside whatever other support you're receiving.
-
As Reiki doesn't involve physical manipulation, it doesn't carry the same considerations as massage. If you have any specific health concerns—such as pacemakers, pregnancy, or anything else—feel free to mention them beforehand so I can take them into account.

Yes. When you add aromatherapy to your Reiki session at booking, it includes a short massage with essential oils. You can choose whether you'd prefer a hand or foot massage.

Insurance receipts aren't currently available for Reiki sessions. This is something I offer for massage treatments only at this time.
