FULL-BODY MASSAGE
Attuned touch
Massage that works with what your body is holding right now—the areas that ache, the ones that are braced, the places where tension has settled and stuck. I don't follow a fixed routine. Pressure and pace respond to what I sense under my hands, what you tell me, and how the session unfolds.
The deeper work
This work goes beyond a sense of physical ease. When tight muscles soften and the body begins to let go of its bracing, the nervous system can begin to settle too. As the body settles, the mind gets a chance to rest, creating space to feel lighter and more present in your body — in a way that can feel increasingly rare in daily life.
What to expect:
We begin with an unrushed conversation about where you're at—what's tight, what's strained, what's shifted recently. If you have a chronic condition or take medication, I'd suggest checking with your GP beforehand to confirm massage is suitable for you.
From there, your session is entirely tailored to you. Professional draping means only the area being worked on is ever uncovered, so your privacy is fully protected. The space is quiet and designed entirely for your process.
This may be for you if:
Stress has settled as a tangible weight somewhere in your body, and you're ready to release it; your mind stays loud, and you need your body to help quiet it; daily life has clouded your sense of balance, and you need to find your own rhythm again.

This is a relaxation massage—but relaxation in a therapeutic sense, not a pampering sense.
Here, I'm not following a set routine. I'm listening to what your body is actually holding—where you're braced, where tension has settled—and responding to that in the moment. Pressure and pace follow what I feel under my hands and what you're asking for.
When tight muscles soften and the body begins to let go of its bracing, the nervous system can begin to settle too. This is what I'm offering: attentive, responsive touch designed to create the conditions for deeper rest and ease. -
Yes. If you're moving through a demanding period, slow, intentional touch can offer space to pause, rest and reconnect with your body. Many people find that regular sessions give them a valuable opportunity to step out of the pace of daily life and return to a greater sense of ease.

There's no one-size-fits-all answer. Part of reconnecting with your body is learning what it needs—and only you can feel that. Some people find value in weekly sessions, particularly during demanding periods or at the beginning of a body-based reconnection practice. Others prefer monthly as their steady rhythm. Listen to what your body asks for, and adjust the frequency as your needs change.

I don't currently offer pregnancy massage. If you're pregnant and interested in exploring my treatments, I invite you to book a Reiki session. Reiki has no contraindications during pregnancy and is offered with the same grounded, attentive care.
